I wanted to like this, but I was kind of rushing when I ordered and probably should’ve looked into it more. The scent ended up being really weak and had this cheap, sharp smell that gave me a headache quickly. It also faded way faster than I expected. For the price, I really thought it would be better. I wouldn’t buy from Norden again.

I ordered from nordengoods.com thinking it would arrive in a normal timeframe, but the shipping ended up being much slower than I expected. The tracking barely changed, so for a few days I was just kind of guessing where my package might be, which was frustrating.
It did eventually show up, and the product itself was fine enough, I guess. But the wait was annoying to the point where I’m not totally sure I’d order from them again, actually, I’m sure I wouldn’t

I got it and it looks really nice, honestly. The design felt clean and simple, and I like how it was looking overall...

The box showed up a bit dented, so I wasn’t super impressed with the packaging. That said, the item itself was totally fine, so no real issue in the end.

I reached out about my order twice and got nowhere. The replies took a while, and when they finally came, they were vague and didn’t really answer what I was asking. It kind of felt like they were acting helpful, but also like they just wanted me to stop bothering them. Super frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’d order from here again.

The return process was simple enough, no big hassle or anything. The refund did take a few days to show up, but overall it was fine lol.

Packaging was plain. Fine for myself, but I wouldn’t gift it again.

I really wanted to give this the benefit of the doubt and be patient with it, but it just doesn’t come across as sustainable at all. The whole thing feels weak on that front, and after waiting to see if it would prove otherwise, I’m still not convinced

I ordered two mugs, but when the package showed up it had one mug and a towel instead. Support did eventually get it sorted out, so I’ll give them that, but the whole process was slower than it needed to be. What really bothered me was that I felt kind of talked down to while explaining a simple issue. It was fixed in the end, but still not a great experience.

I wasn’t expecting much, but the stuff feels really solid and better than I thought it would. No complaints from me. I also got the receipt emailed over right away, which was nice to have for my records.

I spent a little time browsing nordengoods.com and, it seemed easy to use. The pages loaded quickly for me, and the product details were clear enough, I think. Checkout looked fairly simple too, without a bunch of extra steps or popups getting in the way. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I’d probably come back again

I’d probably give this 3 stars. It looks nice and felt good when I first got it, but after using it a bit, I’m not totally convinced the material is going to last. It already seems like it might wear down sooner than I expected, especially for the price. It’s not awful or anything, and it’s probably fine if you’re careful with it, but I was hoping it would feel sturdier. Also, I wasn’t really sure what to do next if the material keeps wearing out, there weren’t clear instructions or next steps for handling that, which was kind of frustrating.
